There was tales as old as this universe has been exist about death or the Grim Reaper, for ages people beliefs that death is just one entity, but to their surprise every people that have a near death experience saw multiple different figures, they are claiming that these figures do different jobs but they are all the aspects of death.
"Thou shall not fear me, i am merely a humble tracker"
The first entity is The Tracker, his job is to track people who their time in the mortal world is almost up, he is the first entity to be created along with Life, he was the one and only death entity for a short time, but then the other two entitities was created, because Tracker was too Brutal with his power as death, taking everyone's life without consideration that they might have a slight chance to continue their life in the mortal realm.
"I am the one that consider whether thee shall continue to live or not"
The second entity is The Judge, he may appear as intimidating, but actually he was the most lawful one of those three entities, if you were considered to continue your life, that means he considered that you can still fix your mistakes before "he" takes your soul, but if your mistakes were not fixable in your remaining lifespan he will send you straight to "him".
"Not this again"
The third entity is The Executioner, his job is to execute those people that judge tell him to end their life, he also must carry their soul to the afterlife, and also informing the entity of Life to release a new soul to replace the soul that was taken to mantain balance in the mortal world, but lately he was being lazy not to tell Life to release a new soul.
